CDV is a children's home providing full support and family-like care for 40 Khmer children.
We aim to empower these children through education so as to enable them to break the cycle of poverty and strive for a brighter future.
Children are provided with shelter, food, and all health and educational needs. They go to public school and after lessons have additional classes on Khmer traditional dance. Children are also taught responsibility, integrity, independence and tolerance.
Some children living at CDV have lost one or both of their parents, whilst others come from family environments that place the children at risk and where access to education is unfeasible. Where possible, LHA is dedicated to ensuring that all children maintain relationships with their parents.
