LHA is seeking qualified Cambodian candidates for the full-time position of Project Coordinator to work at our Children's Development Village (orphanage) in Leap Village, Peak Sneng Commune, Angkor Thom District and Program Director to work at our head office in Siem Reap.
Project Coordinator will ensure that policies, practices, and philosophies of CDV are aligned with the vision and values of LHA, that their ongoing operations are managed effectively, and that program is continually developed and improved. In addition, Project Coordinator will assume full responsibility for the children's safety and security.
Program Director will lead a new phase of organizational development, ensuring that program practices are aligned with the vision and values of the organization, that their ongoing operations are continued and development is managed effectively. By doing do, Program Director will provide leadership for project coordinators, delegate responsibilities, coordinate and control their plans and priorities, as well as develop their skills and capabilities.
