PAGE girls visit the floating village of Kampong Phluk

December, EGBOK Mission organized a half-day trip for PAGE girls to
the floating village of Kampong Phluk. EGBOK Mission is an
international non-profit organization empowering young adults with
the educational and vocational training needed to support
themselves as hospitality professionals.
From November to February, EGBOK Mission has been giving a course for English and Hospitality Management at PAGE. On this course, the girls learn hospitality vocabulary, and study about hotel and food service operations, food safety, human resource management, marketing, etc. On weekends, the girls visit restaurants, hotels and popular tourist places. After completing this course, the girls will have an opportunity to apply for scholarships and study at one of hospitality training schools.
